When does my subscription renew?
Unless you provide notice of your desire to cancel your Plus plan subscription in accordance with the Plus Plan terms, your subscription will automatically renew every 12 months if you are on the annual plan, or every month if you are on the monthly plan.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription by providing notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the end of your subscription if you are on our annual plan, or three days before the end of your subscription if you are on our monthly plan, in accordance with the Plus Plan terms. However, such cancellation will only apply to the renewal of your subscription. Amplitude does not offer any refunds for the remaining period of your current subscription, and you will have access to all the features that are included in your Plus subscription until the end of your subscription period.

How can I turn off automatic renewal for my subscription?
Navigate to > Organization Settings > Plans & Billing > Manage Billing.
This option is available to the user who originally made the purchase, and all admins in your organization.
Upon clicking, you can enter Stripe's billing portal and cancel the plan. This will not immediately refund anything, but will cancel the plan at the end of the subscription period.
What terms apply to my purchase and use of the Plus plan?
Amplitude's Terms of Service, as amended and supplemented by the Plus Plan terms, apply.
How can I purchase an add-on feature for the Plus plan?
Add-on features can be purchased through Stripe at the same time that the Plus plan is purchased, or in-app during the term of your Plus plan subscription. If you purchase an add-on feature during the term of your Plus plan subscription, the fees for the add-on feature will automatically be charged to the credit card that is on file for your account in Stripe.
If I purchase an add-on feature during the term of my Plus plan subscription, will the durations of the two subscriptions match?
Yes. In this case, you will be charged a prorated fee for the add-on feature that extends from the moment of purchase until your next regularly-scheduled Plus plan payment due date. After that initial prorated payment, all additional fees for the add-on feature will be due at the same time as your regularly scheduled payments for the Plus plan.
Can I cancel my subscription for an add-on feature without canceling my Plus plan subscription?
It is not currently possible to cancel a subscription for an add-on feature while still using the Plus plan. Both subscriptions must be canceled at the same time.
