Amplitude provides a single sign-on integration with Microsoft Azure for customers on the Enterprise plan.
For general information about SSO see the primary article.
In order to setup SSO:
- You must be an org admin for your organization in Amplitude.
- You must be able to configure Azure Active Directory for your organization in Microsoft Azure.
Then follow these setup steps:

Go to the Azure portal and go to the Azure Active Directory section.

Open the Enterprise applications sub-section.

Add a new application.

Search for Amplitude in the app gallery. Select the Amplitude entry and click "Add" in the bottom right of the app summary.

Open the Single sign-on app settings.

You need to enter the "Identifier" and "Reply URL".

These are the "Entity ID" and "Assertion Consumer Service URL" respectively in the SSO settings in Amplitude.

Change the user identifier to be "user.mail".

Save the changes and then download the Metadata XML.

In Amplitude upload the metadata XML file.

Save the changes to enable SSO.
